Every invoice includes all legally required fields for UK sole traders and limited companies: a unique sequential invoice number, your name and address, the client's details, a description of goods or services, the invoice date, amount, and VAT breakdown if applicable. Your UTR and National Insurance number are not required on invoices.
Yes. Receipts and billing history are available from your billing settings. These can be used as evidence of a business expense on your Self Assessment return.
